June 1st, Meet Avery

Happy June and welcome to SUMMER!! I am so excited to start this chapter and bring to you the BUSINESS OF THE MONTH! Just to remind you all, I will be spotlighting a local or new business in the Columbia, Spring Hill area and possibly a bit of surrounding stand outs. This is intended to share what makes our community special and why this is where YOU want to make your home! When I moved here in 2014, my husband and I spent a ton of time driving around and just seeing what options we had around us. I love being able to take our family and friends to our favorite local spots and I know you will too!

With all that said let's get started!!! This past week I stopped into this month's spotlight business The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. I talked with my barista for a while and so today you will get to know her as well! Her name is Avery and she was so sweet to let me tell her about this blog and my journey as a Realtor.

Avery has been serving this elixir of life called coffee at the Fainting Goat since October,2018. For the last 8 months she says the best part about working for the coffee shop, besides being a huge coffee fan, is getting to meet the people in her community. She goes on to say that the people she gets to work with make her work fun!

That afternoon my drink of choice was their banana iced latte, but as I am finishing up our conversation getting lid and straw to be on my way, I asked Avery what her favorite drink is. Her response was not a disappointment! Avery's favorite drink is the horchata iced latte. It is a drink I am quite familiar with! What a great choice for these hot Tennessee days!!

I really enjoyed getting to chat with Avery and I definitely enjoyed my banana coffee! This is just the beginning of what is to come from the Fainting Goat! So get yourself a coffee, pick up one of my cards, and stay tuned for the next installment with our business of the month!
